We do not accept used used product and any original shipping fees are non refundable.

Please return your product with the original packaging intact. If you don't have the original packaging we may asses a 10% restocking fee.

Of course, defective or damaged orders are covered by our warranty and aren't subject to any return shipping fees when shipped in original packaging. If you don’t have the original packaging, the fee is a 10% of the paid value. In the event that an item arrives defective or damaged, please let us know immediately upon receipt and we will make it right.
