- Island (White Sea Bass, Yellowtail, Calico) - 8 Hour
- Offshore (Tuna, Wahoo, Dorado, Yellowtail) - 10 Hour
Lessons include:

Requirements:
- PADI Freediver Certification or equivalent required for all lessons
- Proper freediving and spearfishing equipment
- Age 12 to Adult
- California Fishing License with Ocean Enhancement
- Lobster Card *If applicable*
