Orders placed by 2pm PST Monday through Saturday will be shipped the same day! We try to ship orders received after 2pm, but it's not guaranteed. Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
You can place your order online through this website, or if you have questions or concerns you can call us 949-535-4585 and we can answer any questions and provide guidance on what to order for your specific needs.
We accept almost every major form of payment. On our online store, you can pay with major credit cards including American Express and Discover, along with digital payment methods like PayPal, ApplePay, Google Wallet and ShopPay.
We offer no-hassle, 30-day returns, but some conditions do apply. We will only accept new, unused and unworn merchandise, when accompanied with the original packaging. In order to streamline the return process, we may provide a pre-paid return shipping label which will be deducted from the return. This option is not always available and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non refundable.

How do I return?
In order to streamline the process of returns, we ask our customers to return products through their online account. If you did not create an account during checkout use the forgot your password link and the email or phone number you used to create the order will allow you to create a password to gain access to your past orders.

Please log into your account or use the forgot password link to access your account and use our online return on you orders page.You can also return items directly to one of our retail locations.
We facilitate the warranty process any product we sell for 30-days! if you have warranty issues after 30-days all claims must be done directly through the manufacture directly.
Please remember we can only facilitate the warranty process, but cannot force the manufacturer to honor all warranty claims.
When you buy online, your orders will be saved under your email address. You can refer to the emails you received during your purchase to access your orders. In addition, if you create an account on Lost Winds website, you can access all your prior orders and update your shipping, billing and personal information.
