ALL INCLUSIVE — PADI Advanced Freediver Course — Catalina Island!
Looking to take your freediving skills to the next level?
Join our 2-Day Advance Freediving Certification Course, where you'll learn how to hold your breath for 2:30 Minutes up to 3:30 Minutes dive down to depths of 20 Meters/ 66 Feet and up to 24 Meters / 80 Feet and master advanced safety techniques for preventing and recovering from blackouts at deeper depths.
Your PADI Professional Freedive Instructor Trainer, Eric Martin, will guide you through longer breath holds and deeper diving techniques so you can move smoothly and effortlessly through the water.
This course is perfect for anyone who wants to improve their freediving abilities and gain the confidence to explore the underwater world.
Eric limits his courses to a maximum of 2 participants per course to ensure each student gets the time they need to work through skills.

COURSE GOALS:
- 2:30 min - 3:30 min Breath Holds
- 20M/66’ - 24M/84’ Constant Weight Dives
- 15M No Mask Ascent
- 20M Blackout Recovery
- Proper Weighting
- Proper Diving Techniques
- Proper Finning Techniques
You must have completed Emergency First Response Primary and Secondary Care training within the last 24 months
This course is divided into three phases:
- PADI Advanced Freediver eLearning (6-hours online)
- 2 Confined Water / Pool Sessions to strengthen and refine various techniques
- 2 Open Water / Ocean Sessions at Catalina Island to practice deeper free immersions and other skills
